Seamless Coverage in Three Simple Steps
Step 1: Register your litter
Use your unique breeder link to register each new litter. You’ll receive a 10% discount for the first pet, plus 20% off every additional one. From the moment pets go home, you can feel confident knowing they’re protected.
Step 2: Complete the transfer form
About 2–3 weeks before go-home day, fill in the new owner’s details and the official go-home date. This ensures
coverage will activate automatically on the go-home date, with waiting periods waived, so every puppy or kitten leaves your care fully protected.
Step 3: Go-home day
When families welcome their new puppy or kitten, they’ll receive 30 days of coverage included by you. You’ll also be able to send them a Go-Home Kit filled with helpful resources — reinforcing your care, professionalism, and reputation.
Ongoing Support
Families can continue coverage beyond the first 30 days simply by updating their payment details in the Rainwalk portal. If they don’t continue, coverage cancels and you’re not charged again. Either way, you’ve given them peace of mind from day one.
