Rainwalk has been amazing. Within 3 weeks of paying my first premium, my puppy, Ollie, had a growth on his leg that had to be removed. The surgery was almost $1100 and I got approximately $600 back, I only paid my $350 deductible and my 20% copay. Sadly, just two months later my puppy has another growth, this time on his ear. I had to take him to urgent care because the tumor was cracked open and scabbing. The cost was $95 for the office visit. Within 4 days, I received $76 paid back to me via Venmo. Ollie will have surgery in a couple of days and I have no doubt that my claim will easily be paid

This Ins. was offered at the humane society when we adopted our pup. I'm so happy we decided to take advantage of the offer. I was skeptical because I had a poor experience with another company for another pup we had. What a different experience with Rainwalk! Our pup picked up something out of a leaf pile when walking her and it was toxic to her little body. The emergency vet was able to help her and luckily she is absolutely fine now but it was an expensive night for sure. Rainwalk explained exactly our coverage and reimbursed us within just a few days! I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend this company. The customer service was fantastic!

Signed up for a Rainwalk Policy not too long ago, submitted a claim, and less than 12 hours later I received confirmation of my claim being processed. Much better experience than other insurance companies when it comes to their explanation of what specifically was covered within the claim (I had multiple services in the same day completed.) Amazing customer service and very easy to submit claims. I purchased this insurance like many only hoping to use it in the near future for urgent health care for my newly adopted pet. But that quickly changed when she began to vomit blood. Took her to the vet and submitted a claim. Within 3 days my claim was approval and they covered 80% of the vet cost with the annual deductable savings me and my partner from a hefty bill and being able to keep our new kitty healthy.
