Rainwalk pet insurance covers common accidents and illnesses that your pet may unexpectedly experience. Our goal is to take care of your claims so you can take care of your pet — and many pet parents receive reimbursement in a couple of days via Venmo or ACH direct deposit.

How to file a claim

Visit a veterinarian of your choice

If your pet is experiencing an illness or injury, you can schedule a free initial televet visit by logging into your account. But if an in-person visit is necessary, visit the veterinarian of your choice — unlike human health insurance, choosing an in-network vet isn’t required. 

Submit your claim

Login to your Rainwalk account and upload your vet bill for review by the Rainwalk team. If it’s your first claim submission, we may need to request medical records. 

Get reimbursed in days

If you’ve met your deductible and it’s an eligible accident or illness expense, you’ll be reimbursed in a couple of days via Venmo or ACH direct deposit. If you haven’t met the deductible, still submit a claim so we can allocate approved expenses toward your deductible. Watch this video for more details on the Rainwalk claims process.
