Request reimbursement
If your pet is experiencing an illness or injury, you can schedule a free initial televet visit by logging into your account. But if an in-person visit is necessary, visit the veterinarian of your choice — unlike human health insurance, choosing an in-network vet isn’t required.
Log in to your Rainwalk account and upload your vet bill for review by the Rainwalk team. If it’s your first claim submission, we may need to request medical records.
If you’ve met your deductible and it’s an eligible accident or illness expense, you’ll be reimbursed within 7 business days via Venmo or ACH direct deposit. If you haven’t met the deductible, still submit a claim so we can allocate approved expenses toward your deductible.

Your deductible, coinsurance, and annual limit are policy details that personalize your pet insurance to your needs and budget. After you meet the annual deductible, eligible vet bills are reimbursed at your selected 70%, 80%, or 90% rate up to your annual limit.
