How Rainwalk helps:
“I could not be any more thankful for having Rainwalk as my pet insurance for my trouble maker puppy! Not only is it super easy submitting a claim but they also got back to me within hours of submitting AND everything was covered. Pet insurance is worth it, especially with Rainwalk, don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.”
-Brittany B.How Rainwalk helps:
“If I didn’t have a policy with Rainwalk I would have had to cancel our family vacation this year. Getting my claim processed was not bad and the claims person on my case was very quick with the turnaround. I wasn’t sure if pet insurance would be worth it until I needed it.”

Visit a veterinarian of your choice
If your pet is experiencing an illness or injury, you can schedule a free initial televet visit by logging into your account. But if an in-person visit is necessary, visit the veterinarian of your choice — unlike human health insurance, choosing an in-network vet isn’t required.

Submit your claim
Login to your Rainwalk account and upload your vet bill for review by the Rainwalk team. If it’s your first claim submission, we may need to request medical records.

Get reimbursed in days
If you’ve met your deductible and it’s an eligible accident or illness expense, you’ll be reimbursed in a couple of days via Venmo or ACH direct deposit. If you haven’t met the deductible, still submit a claim so we can allocate approved expenses toward your deductible. Watch this video for more details on the Rainwalk claims process.
