They were everything you’d want from an insurance company. They didn’t bloat the process and gave me plenty of time (one week) to give them the proper paperwork when his original paperwork was missing (my fault).

We’ve had such a good experience with Raiwalk we wish we could switch our ten year old over to them because her pet insurance has been horrible to deal with. My cat had to go back and forth the emergency department and involved multiple consults to get the right treatment. Not only did Rainwalk made it all manageable financially, but the communication was on the top with responsiveness.
I had never considered pet insurance but when we adopted a pup from a rescue our paperwork and included information on Rainwalk. The policy was so affordable. I had no idea our pup would require a visit to the animal ER that first weekend. But what a relief it was to have the insurance. Rainwalk’s staff was prompt and caring in responding to our claim. I’ve referred you to my friends, my vet, and my groomer.

Incredibly easy to set up a policy and submit claims with, managed to take our emergency vet bills down from $1200 to a much more manageable $400. Monthly payment is more than worth it for the health of our furry little man.

I am so glad I took a chance on Rainwalk insurance. My puppy had an unexpected ortho surgery and this insurance has been a gamechanger. WOW. Unbelievable service, great website, easy to file and quick to pay! We adopted a sweet puppy and Rainwalk insurance was offered at pick-up. Less than 2 days later, he was diagnosed with parvo, hospitalized for 3 days, and racked up monster bills. I really didn't think Rainwalk would cover this, since we'd only just gotten him! So very pleased with Rainwalk. I just submitted my first claim for an emergency vet visit for my 10 mo old pup and they were very fast with reimbursement and an explanation of my benefits. I adopted this puppy from our local humane society and they offered Rainwalk there on her adoption. Amazing customer service and very easy to submit claims. I purchased this insurance like many only hoping to use it in the near future for urgent health care for my newly adopted pet. I cannot say enough good things about this insurance company. When I took the policy out I assumed I probably wouldn't use it in the near future because we adopted a healthy young pup but I was wrong. Our pup got hold of some medicine that required emergency medical attention including an overnight at the vet. Our claim was processed immediately and the money was in our account in less than 5 days. No problems whatsoever. Very pleased - and happy to report our pup is healthy and happy again- thank goodness!

Submit your claim on our app or by phone. You have 270 days after the date of care to submit the claim.
We review the claim, and within 10 business days we make a decision.
If your claim is approved, you will receive your payment either through Venmo or direct deposit within 7 business days.
