Submit your claim on our app or by phone.
We review the claim, and within 10 business days we make a decision.
If your claim is approved, you will recieve your payment either through Venmo or direct deposit within 7 business days.

I filed our first claim for our bull terrier Lola (rattlesnake bite) with Rainwalk in May. I am happy to report that Lola is fine and Rainwalk paid exactly what our policy with the company said it would pay. I wish our auto insurance were half as responsive as Rainwalk has been.

Rainwalk has a very simple process to file claims and to issue payments. It took about 3 1/2 weeks, and they deposited the funds directly to my bank account. The process was seamless.

They were everything you’d want from an insurance company. They didn’t bloat the process and gave me plenty of time (one week) to give them the proper paperwork when his original paperwork was missing (my fault).

We’ve had such a good experience with Raiwalk we wish we could switch our ten year old over to them because her pet insurance has been horrible to deal with. The process is simple, it was easy to speak with someone and there were no surprises at all in our claim. Very happy with how our emergency ended up being handled all around.

My cat had to go back and forth the emergency department and involved multiple consults to get the right treatment. Not only did Rainwalk made it all manageable financially, but the communication was on the top with responsiveness.
I had never considered pet insurance but when we adopted a pup from a rescue our paperwork and included information on Rainwalk. The policy was so affordable. I had no idea our pup would require a visit to the animal ER that first weekend. But what a relief it was to have the insurance. Rainwalk’s staff was prompt and caring in responding to our claim. I’ve referred you to my friends, my vet, and my groomer.

I am so glad I took a chance on Rainwalk insurance. My puppy had an unexpected ortho surgery and this insurance has been a gamechanger. So very pleased with Rainwalk. I just submitted my first claim for an emergency vet visit for my 10 mo old pup and they were very fast with reimbursement and an explanation of my benefits. I adopted this puppy from our local humane society and they offered Rainwalk there on her adoption. I’m so glad I took advantage of it as I had another pet ins previously on another dog I owned and was so very unhappy with them.

I cannot say enough good things about this insurance company. When I took the policy out I assumed I probably wouldn't use it in the near future because we adopted a healthy young pup but I was wrong. Our pup got hold of some medicine that required emergency medical attention including an overnight at the vet. Our claim was processed immediately and the money was in our account in less than 5 days. No problems whatsoever. Very pleased - and happy to report our pup is healthy and happy again- thank goodness!
